#Faith4Asylum
January 29 is the first anniversary of the institution
of President Trump’s very harmful Migrant Protection Protocols (MPP)
which forces asylum seekers to remain in Mexico
while they await their asylum hearings in the U.S.
The Interfaith Immigration Coalition, including many Catholic organizations
and in collaboration with immigrant and border organizations,
is launching a campaign to stop the administration’s harmful and inhumane policies. Please join us for the
Faith 4 Asylum Campaign: Stop the Inhumanity.
We plan to
launch on January 29 with a prayer vigil in Washington, DC
and scores of vigils across the country.

Scholar activists discuss the racialized complexities of being Asian Americans.  Conversations around pertinent questions bear important implications for movements of racial justice and equality.  Read the article, "Are Asian Americans White? Or People of Color?" for some insights into the conversation.  Click here
